 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to mainland USA via the UPS postal service.
No deliveries are made outside USA territory at this time.

2. Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours and then shipped.
The average delivery time is 10 business days from order confirmation.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery is free for all orders.
No additional costs will be charged to the customer.

4. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with UPS tracking number is sent to the customer.
The tracking number can be used on the official website.

5. Delivery delays

Karine Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue.

6. Undelivered orders

If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
